Fire Release Ceremony - Reclaim Your Calm
The Frustration is Yours. So is the Power to Release it.
You asked your kids to do one thing and they didn't listen.
You asked your partner to fix something and they forgot.
You asked your colleague to follow up on something and they just left it.
Suddenly, you found yourself exploding in anger and yelling at them.
In that moment, you completely lost yourself.
But after, you felt guilty.
You ask yourself — why is my patience running so thin? Why is my tolerance level so low? Why can't I just be more loving and kind?
You journal and feel a bit better.
You write and read your affirmations every morning.
You sit in meditation daily.
But then something happens and triggers you again.
A symptom of a limiting belief pressuring you to perform, telling you that you're not good enough.
A symptom of a disappointment that you never had time or space to be processed.
A symptom of control, wanting things to go the way you expected and they didn't.
Your kids who didn't listen to you at that moment. Your partner who forgot.
Your colleague who didn't follow up.
They are all just triggers.
Wanting these triggers to change doesn't touch what's underneath the frustration.
That's why it keeps coming back.
And it's not enough to just think your way there, either.
Your mind needs more than words — it needs a declaration in action.
A real moment where you actually write it out and say it out loud: I'm ready to release this now.
"The act of writing, speaking, blowing and burning helped release them more than I've managed to let go before this."
— Yun Ying F., Singapore
Fire is one of the most powerful elements in Nature for transmutation. It turns what once felt heavy and stuck into ash.
And in doing so, creates space for something new to emerge.
This ceremony is a declaration. A sacred moment where your mind, your body, your heart, and your soul all say the same thing, together: I'm ready to release the source of my frustration.
Inside this recording, I'll guide you to set your intention on what you want to feel. We'll get grounded together through opening sacred space and a short meditation.
Then you'll go past the trigger, to the real source underneath it — and recall the version of you who's already free of it.
That's what you write down. That's what you declare. That's what you release to the flame.
This ceremony was recorded live, under a full moon at Museflower — the exact energy Nature uses for release.
What remains is space, for clarity, calm and confidence to return.
"The ceremony was emotional but liberating. It was very sad and heavy at first, but I felt better, lighter and happier after a while, when everything settled."— Maureen Lee, Singapore
This isn't about learning to manage your reactions better. It's about what happens when the frustration finally has somewhere to go.
Get to the real root of your frustration, not just the trigger
Feel the relief of finally letting go, because the source is yours to release
Stop the same small triggers from setting off the same big reaction, every time
Feel lighter, calmer, and more like yourself again
Return to clarity and confidence, with your mind, heart, and soul finally aligned
Walk away with a tool you can use for life, any time it happens again
You don't need any experience with ceremonies. You just need an open heart and mind to show up.

Moving Forward - What happens next?

Fire release ceremony is my number one practice to help me release anything that is weighing on my mind and heart.
Recently I did it with my four-year-old son. He came home from school one day, suddenly scared of the muddy playground, dreading football class, tearing up every morning when I dropped him off at school.
I told him there was nothing scary or wrong if he fell down on the mud. Though he heard what I said, he was still scared of the muddy playground for some reason.
Then it came to my mind that I should do the fire release ceremony with him.
We sat down together, drew the mud, the football, all the fear and sadness he was carrying, and we burned it in the fire.
We did it on a Saturday. By Tuesday, he wasn't mentioning the mud anymore. He was calmer walking into school.
Did the fear magically disappear? No.
But the fear held less power over him because he made a declaration in action to release his fear - he was back in the control seat of his life.
I've been facilitating fire release ceremonies at Museflower Retreat & Spa for years, and I've witnessed the transformation happening for our guests through this powerful yet simple practice.
The heaviness that guests carry coming into the ceremony is transmuted through the power of fire.
This is a practice that you can return to over and over again whenever you need to release your source of frustration and to reclaim your calm.
I'm so excited to share this practice with you from all over the world through the recording.
With love & gratitude,
Tania
You've caught yourself reacting bigger than the moment called for, and felt the guilt after
You're tired of journaling and affirming your way to feeling "a bit better," only to get triggered again
You want to find the actual root — not just manage the trigger
You're willing to show up fully for yourself, even if it's just you, a candle, and a piece of paper
You're looking for a certification or something to teach others — this is a personal practice, not a traininglo
You're in the middle of acute grief or trauma and need professional support first — this ceremony can complement that work, but it isn't a replacement for it
You want external circumstances and people to change for you instead of looking within
"Fire release felt so powerful and not complicated. A ritual that I can recreate on my own."
— Rasheena, USA
"It was so difficult to let go — it took me by surprise. But the fire brought warmth and comfort, and it's something I'd take away and practice back home."
— Maureen, Singapore
"Instead of explaining, justifying, analyzing... we were humans simply feeling that we each were having a similar emotional need and human experience."
— Laure, France
People who keep reacting bigger than the moment calls for, and want to find out why. If you're ready to get to the real root of your frustration — not just manage it — and feel the relief of releasing it, this is for you.
Absolutely. You don't need any prior experience with fire ceremonies, energy work, or spiritual practices. All you need is an open heart and mind. Everything is guided, step by step.
Yes — and the guide is a wonderful starting point. But there's a difference between doing a practice alone and doing it inside a held sacred space. Inside this ceremony, the energetic container is already created and held for you. You don't have to think about the how. You can simply show up, go inward, and fully focus on your own releasing.
Materials for the ceremony are posted in the course content section. All materials can be easily found in a home.
Each person must register individually, even if you're sitting together in the same physical space. This is to honour the integrity of the sacred container and the energy exchange within the group. Everyone deserves their own space to release — and that begins with their own registration.
This ceremony is an invitation to go deep within yourself — it's not a training or certification to teach others. I encourage you to fully immerse yourself in it for your own healing and growth. If you feel called to share it with someone, the most meaningful thing you can do is invite them to experience it for themselves.
Lifetime access. Return to it whenever you need to release, recalibrate, or integrate.
Once purchased, all sales are final and non-refundable.
