1-Week Mantra Meditation Challenge for Creativity & Intuition with Goddess Saraswati
Self-Paced Meditation Challenge for 8 Days
“Meditation and life are not separate.
Meditation simply helps us to see and understand life more clearly. ”
- Headspace, meditation app
For one week, you will be immersing in the practice of mantra through meditation, chanting and fun daily invitations.
Mantra is a Sanskrit word that means “tool of the mind and a sacred formula”. Every sound of a mantra can elicit a certain vibration and invoke divine qualities that are within us. As we repeat the same sound over and over, we can harmonize our energy with the same frequency to re-awaken and remember our divine nature.
Chanting mantras is a very powerful form of meditation with sound. Every mantra invites us to remember and reconnect with the divine qualities that are already within us. As we chant and sing these mantras, we open our minds to pay attention to our heart's wisdom.
In this one-week mantra meditation challenge, we will learn the mantra to get into the flow of creativity, embodied by the energy of the Goddess Saraswati – the Goddess of creativity, speech, music, arts, studies, intuition, and wisdom.
The first day and last day of the challenge (Day 1 and Day 8) are recordings from two online workshops where we will learn the mantra and the story of the Goddess Saraswati, practice meditation and sing kirtan together.
From Day 2 to Day 7, we will be practicing japa (repetition of the mantra) and mudra (hand gesture) as our daily meditation practice. Every day there is also a daily invitation and a simple exercise to allow you delve deeper into the qualities related to the mantra, such as journaling and setting intention.
If you want to experience the magic of mantra meditation in your daily life, this one-week challenge is for you.
This challenge is designed for any beginners who want to experience the power of mantra meditation at the comfort of their own home, and to integrate a spiritual practice into their daily life.
You do not need any experience of yoga or meditation to join. All you need is an open mind and an open heart.

"I absolutely loved the challenge week and would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in mantra mediation. I had never meditated this way before and it has been so fun to give it a go. By the end of the week I feel for the first time I have a meditation practice, which is testament to how Tania has set up the challenge week - it’s very practical and sustainable to keep going in my day to day life. Tania is so knowledgable about the mantra magic and the check ins kept me accountable to complete the week. Thank you Tania!"

"I love how informative Tania shares about the deity. I’m surprised to find that the qualities of the deity are what I’d love to embody. I’m divinely guided to join this challenge as I ‘found’ and was drawn the challenge after the deity having ‘visited’ me in one of my self-led meditation practice sessions. Another great thing about this mantra magic challenge is that I’ve reconnected with the mala I have been gifted and attracted a new beautiful mala into my spiritual journey; magical 💝"

This challenge is designed for any beginners who want to experience the power of mantra meditation at the comfort of their own home, and to integrate a spiritual practice into their daily life.
This challenge is absolutely suitable for beginners! In fact it is designed FOR beginners, so you do not need any experience of yoga or meditation to join. All you need is an open mind and an open heart.
This depends on your beliefs and views. However, we do not perform any worshipping rites to the deities in this challenge. Remember this is only a meditation challenge for you to explore something new. What we do is to simply invite the energies of what these deities represent into our lives to help and support us. For example, Saraswati is the Goddess of creativity. As we open our hearts to chant her Divine name, we are aligning ourselves with this frequency of creativity. This quality of wisdom is already within us, and this practice helps to put a spotlight on it. The Divine (or call it as Universe, Source, Creator, God, Goddess, Nature, Spirit, or the Intelligence surrounding us), is formless. It can be difficult to grasp what Divine really means without a form. I believe the Divine manifests into different forms. Each form is like an ice cream flavor. If I were to describe how ice cream tastes like to someone who never has ice cream before, words are limiting. Only when the person actually takes a bite into the ice cream, would that person understand how it tastes. And there are so many ice cream flavors! The energy and qualities of each deity, saint, spiritual teacher, angel, Goddess and God are like different ice cream flavors. Some will prefer to stick with vanilla. Some like to eat a sundae with multiple ice cream flavors. There is no wrong way to enjoy. And the practice of mantra as part of Bhakti Yoga provides us a way to connect with the Divine directly in our own way.
We recommend preparing a journal for your daily immersion exercise and self-reflection. You can bring your mala bead for the japa practice but it is optional. Your participation is key to the success of this 1-week mantra meditation challenge. So we highly recommend following the daily practice and sharing your experience in the discussion posts as much as possible.
Participants will have 6-month access to all the content posted in the course platform and all videos will be made downloadable. The private Facebook group will be active for one month only from the starting date of the challenge.
